This sleep & anxiety balm is first made by infusing lavender in Apricot Kernel Oil for its calming tendencies. Then I use a blend of essential oils designed to relieve stress and anxiety including lemongrass, cedarwood, lavender and sweet marjorum.

 

Apply on back of neck, bottoms of feet or chest.
